Summary:
- Is there a report that list all the confirm receipts notification sent to requestor and buyer? If yes, please advise how to generate or extract.
- Can the notification be sent to other user/groups apart from the buyer and requestor who might be on vacation?
- Can the email be modified to add instructions.
- After scheduling the Confirm Receipts, only 3 notifications has the RTF Template included, the others has the below message. Why was the RTF excluded from these notification and how to resolve this? "The email approval notification content was not generated. Please go to the Worklist Application to view transaction details and act on pending approval tasks."
