Issue with creation of new Standard Carrier Service Level(LTL_9AM) Not Supported in OCWMS Integrat

Summary:

We would like to know whether it is possible to add a new Standard Carrier Service for LTL shipments. We have created a new carrier code in Oracle Fusion SCM with the carrier type set as LTL/TL and defined the Standard Carrier Service Level as LTL_9AM.

However, when we attempt to integrate an order header message with the following values:

  • Carrier Code: 3015 Truck
  • Carrier Type: LTL/TL
  • Standard Carrier Service Level: LTL_9AM

the integration to WMS fails with the error:
“Invalid standard carrier service code LTL.”

Additionally, we are unable to create a new Standard Carrier Service (e.g., LTL) in the Standard Carrier UI.
