Employee must choose different layouts w.r.t to the multiple assignments

Employee must choose different layouts w.r.t to the assignments ( primary assignment 1 in one legal employer and another primary assignment in another legal employer and also different job codes in same legal employer) with one person number and one user id or credentials should have access to different layouts on their timecard dynamically.

We have primary assignments to select in Layout Set against which employee of different assignments to choose time layout and enter time, but employee cannot dynamically choose layout set dynamically to enter time through different assignments.
