Access Certification by Data Access

Summary:

Hi,

We have a requirement to perform user access certification based on data access (eg: Business unit) in Oracle Risk Management Cloud

Scenario:
The business wants to run a certification campaign specifically for:

AP users belonging to a specific Business Unit (e.g., Miami BU).
Assign the AP Process Owner / Role Manager for that region (Miami) as the certifier & role manager

Our questions:

Is it possible to create a certification campaign scoped only to a specific Business Unit (data access level)?

Since Business Unit is typically a data security context, how can it be leveraged in Access Certification which is primarily user-role based?
