YTD data input enabled in form but not retrieving back in Smart View after Save and Translate

Summary:

'Enable YTD Data Input' is enabled in a form and FCCS_YTD is in the POV. We are able to enter data into the intersection but after saving the form and running a consolidate and translate the data is not being returned in Smart View. All dimensions are the same as the intersection where the data was entered. The 'Post Form Save FCCS_YTD' rule ran successfully as well. Are we missing something? Entry in audit is showing View as FCCS_YTD_Input.
