[OCI EPM] Add filter functionality in My Applications to find the environment

Currently there is no filtering functionality in My Applications in OCI EPM, and to find the environment we have to use the scroll bar. Filtering capability will enhance OCI EPM. We are accessing all our environments through My Applications. In addition having a dashboard would be also beneficial.
