Ability to hide Payroll Relationship option in Costing for a Persons Redwood Page is broken

Description (Required):

There is an option through VBS to hide the Payroll Relationship option on the Costing for a Persons screen; however, when this option is selected, it does not feed into the Redwood screen. We were told this is not supported by Oracle (even though this is an Oracle customization option, not something we built) and that we would need to submit an Idea instead.

Use Case and Business Need (Required):

We've had this option hidden on the Responsive page for Costing for a Persons as it prevents inaccurate data entry, which in turn prevents errors through payroll. Not being able to hide this feature in Redwood will increase the costing entry errors we see for our customers.
