Is there a "Create Supplier" page in Redwood Supplier management

Summary:

Is there a "Create Supplier" page in Redwood Supplier management to create the suppliers directly without a registration request ?

This option exists in Classic UI . But i'm unable to find this in Redwood supplier management.
