VBAFE REST API to create Purchase Agreements

Our customer has the desire to create bulk purchase agreements using a VBAFE template, since bulk creation in Fusion UI is slow and they find bulk creation in traditional FBDI spreadsheets to not be user friendly enough.

I am looking for a REST API that allows the creation of purchase agreements using VBAFE templates. Looking at the available REST API for Procurement, specifically purchase agreements - - it appears that there are no REST API available for creating purchase agreements. I tried using the GET /fscmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/purchaseAgreements but this does not allow for the creation of new records when used in VBAFE, as expected.
