Custom AI Agent does not interpret the prompt
Summary:
Hello team,
we are trying to configure a custom AI Agent in the AI Agent Studio, responsible for executing the following task:
The users will ask the Agent to help them specify the correct banding level for some employees.
In order to provide the answer, the Agent should not need further personal information (such as Person Name, Person ID etc.) Instead, it should ask the user 3 automatic questions:
- Is the employee a People Manager or an Individual Contributor?
- Which Business Unit does the Employee belong to?
- For Banding Attribution, is their Manager a Technical or Professional Manager?
If the response to Question 3 is Technical, the Agent should suggest Banding Level D
