location of notes and packing slip from receipts in RSSP

Summary:

Within Create Receipts we sometimes use the notes and packing slip in 'Create Receipts', they used to show up in the receipts section in the Classic Self Service Requisition module, where are they captured now in RSSP? And how can we enable this? I can't see any extra columns for it, this is useful for us to help us distinguish between receipts such as from call-off orders.
