I created MCP Agent but getting error agent is not available..(for everything)

in AI for Fusion Applications

I followed all instructions provided and also checked Garrys Linkedin post and have done most of it. . But still keep getting agent is not available

I also checked in chrome inspect network and but i dont know if there is any error.

In same instance none of other user agents also work.

Overall - I am not sure if there is a proper document to investigate root causes when there is no reason being reported
