Unable to load shipment history to Collected measure data

Summary:

I am trying to load the shipment history for an item with or without demand class values. While trying to load the FBDI , initially all records kept failing with the error message "You must provide a valid value for the DCS_LVL_MEMBER_NAME attribute.". But later, the FBDI load log file showed all records loaded successfully to the Table MSC_ST_MEASURE_DATA, however when i check the Collected measure data in the plan inputs i do not see any records loaded or errored out. What could be the sudden behavior of records not getting loaded. ?

Records failing in Collected measure data due to validation is okay. But records not captured even after successful load is quite confusing.
