how do I setup a procurement contract to auto renew

Summary:

We are using procurement contracts 'Buy' intent with lines. We require some of the contracts to auto-renew. I do not see a way to set this up. I see the auto-renewal option available with buy contracts without lines but not with lines. How do I set this up? I don't even see an option for renewing manually let alone auto-renewing. What am I missing?
