customer huborganization location level
Summary:
are there best practice to update customer info using REST APIs??
we tried to use
crmRestApi/resources/11.13.18.05/hubOrganizations/{PartyNumber}/child/Address/{AddressNumber} with merge and patch operation without success.
attached sample for additional analisys.
Trying to create external interface to update customer information (i.e. address, phone ), but out installation was set to create customer as a organization, that has a account and finally a location assigned.Direct edition of same location working fine, however business requests to save old address and new addres to same customerID.
