As per discussions on SR IU-I : Post Identity upgrade the signout functionality is not working 4-0002089848.
We are requesting an enhancement in functionality to provide an option to have configurable sign out URL similar to the IAM (Pre upgrade) security console functionality which is missing after identity upgrade on OCI Portal in Identity provider configuration.
The defect does not allow users to logout if the chooser login is disabled.
