Need to disable a custom dialog box message generated when click on Expense item in Myexpenses

Hi Team,

There is an Custom popup message generated when clicking on Create expense item under MYexpenses. The popup message is appearing as a dialog box and when clicking on done it gets disappears. As per user requirement this popup message needs to be disabled. I have tried creating a sandbox using page composer and verified the location of popup message where exactly it is coming. Unfortunately i am unable to find in any of the popup messages group. Can anyone suggest where can we verify the hidden popup messages.
