Throwing error while configuring seniority dates in P3 instance

Summary:

We are unable to configure Seniority Dates on P3 instance as we are getting the following error:
Cannot invoke "oracle.jbo.Row.getAttribute(String)" because the return value of "oracle.jbo.RowSet.first()" is null.

All users irrespective if the roles are getting the error, so not a security issue.

We raised the SR and was informed that this will be solved in the 26C upgrade, but we need it urgently for P3 build.

Are there any solution for this?
