Monthly Payout Frequency Feasibility in Current ICM Setup

Our current incentive compensation structure for Compensation Plans is configured with annual and quarterly logic.

We have recently received a request to introduce a monthly payout frequency.

Could you please advise whether enabling a monthly payout cycle would require a new implementation or customization, or if it can be supported using the existing “Period” options available in the Payout Frequency dropdown?

Additionally, could you clarify what capabilities the current “Period” option provides and whether it is designed to handle monthly payout logic out‑of‑the‑box?
