We have few question on the Fusion Interview Access Case Page as presented by Chris on HCM – What's New for Help Desk in 25A — Cloud Customer Connect
Questions are below:
- How do we get access to Fusion Interview page? Any specific role to be assigned to the user?
- Is there any separate license required apart from Help Desk license for the client?
- Why is create Interview button not available for my user? - See screenshot from my environment.
When I clicked on my instance to access Interview Questions, I don't see create interview button as presented in the session.
