We have few question on the Fusion Interview Access Case Page as presented by Chris on HCM – What's New for Help Desk in 25A — Cloud Customer Connect

Questions are below:

  1. How do we get access to Fusion Interview page? Any specific role to be assigned to the user?
  2. Is there any separate license required apart from Help Desk license for the client?
  3. Why is create Interview button not available for my user? - See screenshot from my environment.

When I clicked on my instance to access Interview Questions, I don't see create interview button as presented in the session.
