How to send email notification to the users like a reminder, when plan document is unacknowledged?

Summary:

Is it possible to send an email notification to the users like a reminder, if the plan document remails "unacknowledged" or not taken any action and status is in "In Process" with a clear instructions on how participants can acknowledge their plans

Expectation:

• If a plan remains unacknowledged after two weeks, a reminder notification is automatically sent.
• If a plan remains unacknowledged (Status = "In progress" ) after two weeks, a reminder notification is automatically sent.
• The notification should provide clear instructions on how participants can acknowledge their plans.
• The reminder should be sent via  email.
