Overtime Approval Flow in Timecard Based on Hierarchy and Custom Flag (MXX Overtime Manager)

Hello Experts,

We are currently implementing Time and Labor for a client and would like to confirm whether the below overtime approval requirement can be configured in Oracle Fusion.

Business Requirement:

The approval hierarchy is structured as follows:

• Line Manager Level 4
• Line Manager Level 3
• Line Manager Level 2
• Line Manager Level 1 (direct manager of the employee)

Additionally, there is a custom field on the employee’s position called “MXX Overtime Manager” (values: Y/N). This field acts as a flag to indicate whether the person is authorized to approve/reject overtime (timecards).
