OTM user checkbox Sync User

Summary:

In OTM, on the user page, a new checkbox has appeared: Sync User.
Before version 26A, every new user was synced (so created) with IDCS, now only users with the Sync User checkbox checked are synced.

• We have integration with IDM and don't include this checkbox. Is there another way to force this checkbox to be checked automatically?

I don't see any information about this change in 26A as well - have I missed something?
