Workflow Agent Not Receiving Callback After HITL Email Approval

Hi All,

We are working on HITL (Human Approval) in an Oracle Fusion AI Agent Studio workflow agent and need some help.

We have configured the email account and the workflow is able to send approval emails successfully. The approver receives the email and approves it. We can also see the approval response email reaching the configured mailbox, and the email changes from Unread to Read.

However, the workflow agent is not receiving the callback on approval, so the process is not resuming to the next step.
