Project Budget Creates New Calendar and Multiple Control Budget Versions After Baselining

We have encountered unexpected behavior in Oracle Fusion Cloud PPM related to project budget calendars and control budget creation.
Issue Description
Our Project Calendar is the same as the Accounting Calendar.However, when we create a new project and baseline the project budget, the system automatically creates:
✅ A new budget calendar, and✅ Three different control budget versions under Manage Control Budgets for that same project.
