Employment Details Assistant (My Team) is showing Employment details of Worker not in hierarchy

Summary:

  1. We enabled the AI Agent Employment Details Assistant (My Team) and tested the same.

As part of it - we requested details of a Worker who is not part of DIRECT report or ALL report under the Manager hierarchy.

But it was displaying the assignment details of the employee.

We checked on the role security and all. It is working fine. We checked even in the UI as well (ex: Employment Info) and this Worker is not shown. But while queried through Agent, able to see the details.

2. For comparison - We enabled Leave and Absence Analyst (My Team) and tested for the same user. We requested for the absence details of this Worker and it was restricted without showing the information.
