Remove change salary privilege from Admin role

Hi Team,

We have a requirement from business where they don't want to provide access of the following to one of the system admin.

Change Salary

View Compensation History

In order to achieve this , we have copied the existing HR Analyst & Human Resource Specialist role and removed all the data privilege linked with compensation from data security policy. However, this employee can still access the change salary & compensation history for employees present in the organization.

Any idea what all DSP needs to be removed in order to achieve this requirement
