Sick final disbursement for only retriees

Hi Fusion Global Absence Management Experts,

We have requirement to final disburse the absence balance only for the retired persons, not for all who got terminated or resigned. If we enable the final disbursement flag at plan setup under participation tab, it will disburse to all upon termination/resignation. Oracle cannot distinguish the difference between resignation and retirement, so my question is can we achieve this requirement through Oracle Payroll fast formula, has anybody tried this approach earlier? Thinking of using payroll calculation formula at either Final disbursement shadow element or at Final disbursement earning results element level with the condition of "if
