Different approvals layers of journals for same entity in FCCS?

Can we have a journal group/template deployed in FCCS that has to mandatorily undergo 2 layers of approval before it gets posted? Also, at the same time, any other journal group/template for the same entity undergo only 1 layer of approval?

For ex. All cashflow related journals should have 2 approvers (level 1 & level 2), while all non-Cashflow journals to have only 1 level approver
