Workaround to post only selected capitalization transactions without posting all transactions

Summary:

We have enabled the Segregation of Duties (SoD) functionality. However, asset capitalization are not included in the transaction types that support SoD,

We are still trying to apply SOD function, since Asset Preparer user will not be able to Post the capitalization transaction even when status is Post,

The issue arises when posting with Asset Reviewer, we are unable to Post only one transaction as the system will Post for All transaction in Post status, we are wondering if there is any workaround or configuration that allows posting only the selected capitalization transaction without posting all transactions if they have Post status?
