IPM Insights — Auto Predict job completes successfully but no insights generated in Insights tab

Hi everyone,

I'm testing IPM Insights in Oracle EPM Cloud Planning and, despite the prediction job running successfully, no insights or dashboard are being generated in the Insights tab.

Environment:
• Business process: Planning (Custom application type)
• Hybrid Essbase: enabled
• Navigation flow: IPM Insights activated

Data Slice configuration in IPM Configurator:

Historical Data (Actuals)
• Scenario: Cost Book
• Version: Working
• Account: Standard Cost
• Branch: B_3000
• SKU: ILvl0Descendants(Total SKU)
• Supplier: ILvl0Descendants(Total Supplier)
• Feedstock: No Feedstock
• Company: Natura
• Country: Brazil
• Currency: Local
• View: Calculation
• Cost Model: No Cost Model
• Base Year: BY21 to BY25 (leaf-level members — months Jan to Dec for each year)
