Assigned shipment to a Driver -source id as always source organization code in OTM

Summary:

  1. Expected behavior: - Assigned shipment to a Driver should show correct source id as always source organization code in OTM
  2. Actual behavior: - Assigned shipment to a Driver is showing customer site address as source location instead of organization code in OTM
  3. Business impact narrative: - Driver is not able to see the assigned shipment to execute the shipment

I have attached the OTM screens which is currently assigned and available in OTM where two scenarios are there

  1. OTM WEB application the source location id is showing as customer site and assigned driver is not seeing his shipments using mobile application link.
