Why is the time type not reflecting when uploading time entries using HDL TimeRecordGroup.dat?

Hi

I'm trying to upload the time card for an employee using the HDL TimeRecordGroup.dat. The issue is that whatever value I pass in the Time Type attribute—for example, "Regular Hours"—is not reflecting on the time card.

Please find the attached sample .dat file and a screenshot from the screen.
