Facing an issue while trying to access Dashboards

Summary: I am facing an issue while trying to access Dashboards even after adding FTI in under BI Applications and the Admin role has FTI_DEFAULT VPD profile associated, and the BI roles are also assigned to the user.

User also has all the required groups assigned in IDCS and yet Dashboards are not accessible

access denied for user to path /shared/FTI Reports/_Portal/Main Dashboard/dashboard layout.
