Unable to create receipt through Confirm Receipt Email Notification to PO Requester

Summary:

we are unable to create receipts through confirm receipt email notification where we have the button. ( receive in full / receive upto invoice / didn't receive )

when we click on button it doesn't take us to any new mail or application page.

can someone advise if any config setup is missing due to which we are unable to create receipt.

Also confirm what would be standard functionality after clicking button will it send action command to oracle mailbox id and create receipt automatically in application?
