Ability to edit supplier qualification questionnaire non scoring responses as the owner or evaluator

Summary:

Hi Team

We have a non-scoring questions which are being sent to supplier for collecting key data. Once the supplier responds, the evaluation team will review and accept the responses. Sometimes, the data provided by the supplier may not be in the required format or there may be a typo error.

We need the ability to edit the responses sent by supplier (either as owner or evaluator) without the need to send back the questionnaire to supplier responder.

Could you please confirm if we have standard functionality for this or if this can be achieved in anyway?
