Calendars exceptions loaded to fusion not considering in planned order genaration

Summary:

We have loaded the calendar exceptions for some test calendar, and they are visible under the Review Calendars section in Fusion Supply Chain Planning. This calendar has also been assigned to the supplier site in the Maintain Supply Network Model. However, while generating planned orders for the supplier items, the system is not considering these calendar exceptions.
