ORC Autocomplete Rules missing

Summary:

With mostly all the pages within ORC now migrated to Redwood with 26A, we enabled the profile options for the module for Redwood and also ran the Personalization Helper Tool in order to migrate the customizations made within.
We've a field modification rule in place within job requisition object.
Post the redwood migration, we are unable to see these validation rules within VBCS but those rules are existing and working.
When trying to check the HCM Design Studio, the Autocomplete rules task option was lost. We re-entered the enablement key for auto-complete rules and found the validation rule still present there rather than under VBCS.
