Notification if user revised the approved transaction

We enable employee to update absence record after the leave was submitted.

A user submitted a leave request in early March for [02 April 2026 to 10 April 2026]. All approvers approved the transaction. However, in the mid-March, the user updated the leave request. The leave is [02 April 2026] only. Approver still receive the email for approving leave entry, but he doesn't know that the transaction [02 April 2026 to 10 April 2026] was revised to [02 April 2026]. He thinks the leave request is new.

Therefore, I would like to ask whether there is any way to inform approver that the leave request is not brand new and was updated by user. For example, sending one email if the leave was updated or change the absence template directly.
