MS Outlook: Is it possible to disable automatic sending in Outlook?

Hi all,

We have integrated MS Outlook and Oracle Learning, and whenever a required assignment is created, a time slot is automatically blocked in the learner’s calendar. Is it possible to disable this automatic behavior?

The same happens when a withdrawal is carried out: an automatic notification is sent. Is it possible to disable this automatic behavior?
