Creating a question mapped to the Supplier Name LOV

Summary:

We have a requirement when creating a question that shows the list of Supplier Names. I have created the valueset and created the Supplier Profile flexfield. It is already showing in the Supplier Profile UI. Problem is when I create the question, after clicking map to supplier attribute, there are no records available for Additional Information
