ARCS DR strategy

Summary:

We are exploring option to replicate PROD to DR application when disaster happens, I have one question in mind. As of now we are downloading Artifact Snapshot from PROD application and keeping it in our local server for certain days. And we are planning to import that snapshot to DR application if disaster happens. But as per my understanding Artifact snapshot only contains application data not DM data right?

If that is the case then how do we migrate DM as well in DR scenario? Is it advisable to migrate DM to DR or its not needed?

Does Oracle have any feature to make DR application ready in case of DR scenario?
