Self-Paced Learning Videos Having Issues on Mac/Safari

Summary:

We have a small group of users in our organization who utilize Mac laptops. When attempting to watch Self-Paced Learning videos in the system using the Redwood media player, they are experiencing intermittent issues with the player not working as expected. When they try to launch the content in the Safari browser, the video player will pop up for a split second and then disappear. The issue is resolved after they clear their cache, however some users reported they are having to clear their cache each time they try to watch a video. Has anyone else experienced issues like this?
