Tracking Events

Summary: I'm trying to use OTM API's to update tracking event errors. But when I try to update certain parts of the tracking event like stop info I can't find a way to update. Is it true that not all parts of a tracking event are updateable via the native OTM API's? Also, if I could update the information I haven't found a way using native OTM API's to reprocess the tracking event then either. Has anyone found a way to reprocess a tracking event to reduce the errors. I really don't want to create new tracking events for this.
