Timecards not appearing when no filters are selected for Team Timecard

Summary:

Line Manager under Team Timecard, if they don't select any filter for date/relative range, no direct reports' timecards are showing. However, if that Manager views existing timecards under 'Me', timecards show up without filter.

Is this seeded behavior? Is there a way to allow all timecards to appear under My Team if there is no filter selected?
