How to close work orders with backdate?
Summary:
Our business want to close the work orders with a back date. Please let me know the process. I am aware that this back date must be after the last transaction date of the work order.

I tried to use FBDI option - Import Work orders but it is erroring out, not sure whether it is right template or not.
Second thing, I heard that it is possible using REST API.. if it is true, can you please provide me more insight?
