We are evaluating the activation of AI agent to be used with our Oracle Fusion. We require an official confirmation/whitepaper addressing the following security concerns:

Data Outbound: When using LLMs (e.g., GPT models) via AI, does any users data leave the Oracle Cloud Infrastructure (OCI) boundary?
