Unable to create Sales Orders via Sales Order Assistant AI Agent

Hello,

I tried to use the out of the box Agentic AI "Sales Order Assistant" from Fusion ERP to create an order in fusion. However, it says that it created the order but fails to provide a link to the order. When I tried to search for the order in the system I couldn't find it either. Not sure what's going on, any advice?
