What causes a MO record to be locked?

Summary: When posting inventory transactions through integration WMS>Fusion we often run into an error saying that the MO is locked.


Content (please ensure you mask any confidential information): Many times, it does not seem like anyone is making changes to the MO. If someone is just viewing the MO, does that lock the MO? Has anyone found a way to identify who is locking the record? Would love to hear how others are dealing with this issue.
