Customize / add new options to Selection Process Diversity delivered report

Summary:

I'm hoping someone can help me understand how to modify delivered Selection Process Diversity analysis (I know I have to make my own copy to edit) that is part of the Recruit to Hire dashboard. I was able to use the Regulatory Response Ethnicity to pull in ethnicities declared on an application on the Top 10 Application Diversity, but the Selection Process Diversity report is configured a bit differently and I am having zero success. Below is what I'm trying to figure out how to add more options to, but I'm not familiar with this type of view so now
